우리 처(의약지식재산정책T/F)에서는 의약품 허가특허연계제도와 관련하여 의약품의 특허권 등재와 품목허가 이후 업체가 이행해야 하는 사항을 알기 쉽게 안내하고자 「의약품 허가특허연계 이행관리 안내서」(민원인 안내서)를 붙임과 같이 제정하였습니다.


동 민원인안내서는 '식약처 대표 누리집(http://www.mfds.go.kr) → 법령/자료 → 법령정보 → 공무원지침서/민원인안내서'에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
