삼성과 바이오젠은 생물학적제제에 대한 조인트벤쳐 계획

삼성과 바이오젠 이덱은 한국에 300백만달러의 바이텍약물의 제네릭버젼을 개발, 생산, 시판할 조인트벤쳐를 조성하는데 동의했다. 삼성은 파트너쉽의 85%를 소유할 것이며, 남은 15%는 바이오젠에 의해서 소유되며 이는 45백만불투자에 대한 교환이다. 이협정서는 세계수준의 단백질공학과 생물학적제제 제조능력을 저울질하도록 허용한다고 바이오젠 대표이사 George Scangos는 말했다. The Boston Globe (tiered subscription model) (12/6)
